What we're doing

At Splatkidz our customer and staff safety is our top priority and that's why we have made a few changes to how we operate:

• All staff will be provided with masks and gloves for your briefing, debriefing and game time.

• 70% alcohol hand gel will be available on site.

• Staff will be implementing social distancing with respect to customers

• Longer breaks between bookings have been implemented to allow for cleaning of equipment between bookings. 

• Please note that participant's contact information provided on the disclaimer will be available to Government Test and Trace should it be required

What we need you to do

We have established the following rules and required procedures for all customers who attend Splatkidz:

• Bookings for 10 participants can only be made with people from a maximum of two households or social bubble.  Bookings with people from multiple households can only include a maximum of 6 participants.

• All participants must complete a waiver before their booking. If participants have not completed a waiver, they will have to complete it before briefing and additional time will not be allocated for this. Our disclaimer can be completed online here 

• Customers must sanitise their hands thoroughly when arriving and leaving our facility

• Customers must wash their hands after using the toilet facilities and after coughing or sneezing (customers will be allowed to leave the game in order to wash their hands and return, however extra time will not be provided)

• Customers should avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth

• Customers should avoid all personal contact with other participants whilst playing or waiting between games

• Face masks are optional and we are more than happy for you to bring your own face mask to wear

• Customers must cover their mouth and nose with a tissue or their arm when they cough or sneeze, and then place the used tissue in the bin immediately and sanitise their hands
