Battle Royale Is In The Real World!
Players equipped with our new state of the art laser guns can play their favourite video game on a battlefield that shrinks! Imagine an experience beyond game consoles where you're on an “island” and you battle it out with your friends for real!
The shrinking map entices players to be more strategic about their actions. Players must be decisive about when to move, when to hold position, and when to engage. Free for All becomes a much more complete game mode and whether there are 10 players or 50, the thrill to survive creates really exciting game play.

Splatkidz LaserTag in Colchester is based in a grass covered arena and uses new special state of the art LaserTag guns that bring the game to the next level. Our guns incorporate the latest laser technology, making the guns much more accurate, and providing a huge range of special FX and weapon options. This gives us the ability to create game scenarios that replicate your kid's favourite video games (like Battle Royale, Capture The Flag and Team Deathmatch) but gets them playing out in the fresh air!
LaserTag Players are divided into two teams and start by competing in a practice game to hone their skills and get used to firing the laser gun.
Then there's a mix of Tug Of War, Team Deathmatch (Elimination), Battle Royale, Zombie Outbreak and other games for a fun and energetic party on our special Battle Royale field.
LaserTag Parties last for 2hrs; 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm, plus an additional time slot of 4pm-6pm in spring and summer only. The price includes all equipment for the 2 hour session. Extra participants over and above the first 12 can be added for an additional fee of £20 per person for kids or adult participants.
Please note that while Splatkidz doesn't provide food or drinks, you are welcome to bring your own refreshments, and we allow an additional 40 mins at the end of your 2 hour session for you to have food and Birthday cake etc.
* ALL players must complete a consent form. Players under 18 years of age must have a waiver form completed by a parent or guardian before participation. Consent forms can be completed online on our E-WAIVERS page.
